What Working With Us Costs

We do not publish a price list, because the right fee depends on what your return actually involves. Use the estimator below to see where your situation is likely to land, then we confirm it in writing before any work begins.

We work with you during the year, while the decisions are still in front of you..

Questions About Fees

Why is there no published price list?

Because a price list invites you to shop a number instead of a situation. Two returns that look alike on paper can differ by hours of work. The estimator gives you an honest starting range for what you actually need, and we confirm the figure in writing before we begin.

How is my fee confirmed?

On a no-cost introductory call. We talk through your situation, tell you which service fits, and quote it plainly. Nothing starts until you have the fee in writing.

What is billed separately?

Amended returns, prior-year returns, entity formation, audit and examination representation, gift tax returns (Form 709), and trust returns are billed separately. Bookkeeping cleanup, if your books need it, is quoted before the engagement begins.

Do you discount?

No. The fee reflects the work, and the work does not change based on negotiation. Clients of our affiliated wealth management practice, Magnificent Life Financial Planning, receive preferred tax preparation pricing. Tax preparation is always billed separately.
